The Client

The client is India’s one of the largest telecom service provider with an offering mix of - wire-line, wireless and broadband (voice, data & internet) to business and domestic customers, with more than 10M+ subscribers.

The Need

The client required a solution that will provide total visibility across business processes and improve real-time decision making as well as predictive analysis by leveraging on the large amount of data generated by its operational systems across multiple locations and formats.

The Challenge

The client’s applications consisted of an ERP, CRM, Network Management & Billing system. Terabytes of data is generated by this system, adding complexities on business users to access the data generate reports and perform analysis.  Implementing business driven, operation specific, user-friendly BI layer by integrating different processes together was a challenging task.

The Solution

A strategy was defined for building a standard layer of business intelligence on Business Objects technology that will provide integrated data across multiple applications, departments & locations. Inteliment played an important role in this project working as BI service provider with client team, SI partner. Team Inteliment successfully delivered the design, development, deployment, training & hand over of project phase one.
